- Can you restore etched or scratched marble?
- Yes — diamond honing removes etching and light scratches; deeper damage needs grinding first. We show you a test patch before committing to a full scope.
- How long does a restoration take?
- A typical Class A lobby is 2–4 nights depending on square footage and finish level. We work after hours so the space is open the next morning.
- How often should stone be maintained?
- Daily dust mopping and neutral-pH damp cleaning, monthly burnishing, and an annual re-hone or polish keeps most Class A stone looking new indefinitely.
- What finish can we expect?
- Satin, semi-gloss, or high-gloss — we match the finish to the room's lighting, traffic, and the stone type, and confirm the target on a test patch before we scale up.
- Do you offer maintenance contracts?
- Yes — most clients move to a recurring plan after the initial restoration. It's cheaper long-term than repeat full restorations.
