Post-Construction Cleanup
Getting a finished space from dust-covered jobsite to move-in ready — on the GC's schedule, without damaging new finishes.
How this service works.
Post-construction is three cleans, not one. We phase the work with your GC — rough clean after major trades, final clean before finish trades and inspection, touch-up before handover — so the space is presentable at every milestone.
New finishes are fragile. Our crews are trained on manufacturer-safe products for freshly sealed floors, new glass, stainless, millwork, and painted surfaces so nothing gets scratched, hazed, or stripped on the way to move-in.
How we take on your facility.
- 01
Pre-clean walkthrough
We walk the site with the GC or PM, review finish schedules and manufacturer care sheets, and confirm which phases we're covering — rough, final, touch-up, or all three.
- 02
Rough clean
Bulk debris, drywall dust, and construction trash removed; HVAC vents and ductwork wiped; surfaces prepped for finish trades.
- 03
Final clean
Detailed clean of every surface — windows and frames, millwork, fixtures, floors, restrooms, and appliances — using finish-safe products so new materials aren't damaged.
- 04
Punch-list touch-up
Fingerprints, scuffs, and adhesive residue addressed after trades finish punch items; the space is walked with the GC and signed off.
- 05
Move-in ready handover
Final sweep, restrooms stocked, floors buffed, and photo-documented turnover so the owner takes a truly move-in-ready space.

Answers before you ask.
- Can you phase the clean with our schedule?
- Yes — we plan around the GC's schedule and typically run rough, final, and touch-up as separate mobilizations so trades aren't tripping over cleaners and vice versa.
- Are your products safe for new finishes?
- Yes. We use manufacturer-approved cleaners for new floors, glass, stainless, millwork, and paint — nothing that will haze, etch, or strip a fresh finish.
- Do you handle window and frame detail on finals?
- Yes. Interior glass, frames, tracks, and sills are part of the final clean; exterior windows can be added when access allows.
- Can you turn a space in 24–48 hours before handover?
- Often yes — for tight turns we scale the crew and work off-hours to hit the GC's move-in date. We confirm feasibility during the pre-clean walkthrough.
- Do you carry the insurance our GC requires?
- Yes — full general liability and workers' comp, with additional insured endorsements available for the GC and owner on request.
