- How do you handle terminal cleans between OR cases?
- Terminal cleans follow AORN-aligned protocols: full room turnover with hospital-grade disinfectant, mandatory dwell times, top-down wipe pattern, and a signed room-ready log before the next case is scheduled.
- Are your staff bloodborne pathogen trained? How often?
- Yes — every crew member completes OSHA bloodborne pathogen training before their first shift and annually thereafter. Training records are on file and available to your compliance team on request.
- Can you work around 24/7 clinical operations?
- That's the norm for us. We schedule around case boards, unit huddles, and shift changes, and we can flex crews for overnight terminal cleans, weekend deep cleans, or emergency response.
- How do you handle a C. diff or MRSA isolation room?
- Isolation rooms follow a dedicated protocol: EPA List K/N disinfectants with verified dwell times, disposable microfiber, dedicated PPE, and a separate documentation log so infection prevention has a clean audit trail.
- Do you carry the insurance our risk team requires?
- Yes — general liability, workers' comp, and umbrella coverage sized for healthcare environments. We provide COIs with your facility named as additional insured before day one.
