Janitorial Services
Contract cleaning for offices and facilities, including day porter, nightly service, floor care, and restocking.
How this service works.
Same crew, same routes, same standards — that's what makes janitorial work well. We build stable teams around your building rather than rotating strangers through it.
How we take on your facility.
- 01
Site assessment & scope
We walk your facility, count fixtures and square footage, and build a scope that matches your actual usage — not a generic template.
- 02
Schedule & crew design
Nightly, weekly, or custom cadence with a named crew and supervisor assigned to your account, not a rotating pool.
- 03
Onboarding & training
Crews are trained on your specific building — access, alarms, sensitive areas, and any tenant-specific quirks — before they take the keys.
- 04
Execution with checklists
Every shift follows a documented checklist, with supervisor spot-checks and a shift log you can review anytime.
- 05
Ongoing QC & consumables
Monthly walkthroughs, consumables reordering, and a single point of contact for anything that comes up between visits.
Built to the codes your team is audited on.

Answers before you ask.
- Do you offer flexible schedules?
- Yes — nightly, weekly, bi-weekly, or custom. We build the schedule around your operations, not the other way around.
- Will we have the same crew every visit?
- Yes. Consistent crews are the whole point of good janitorial. You'll have named team members and a named supervisor.
- Do you handle consumables (paper, soap, liners)?
- We can — either on a stocked program where we monitor and reorder, or on a supply-only basis if you prefer to hold the contract.
- What if something is missed?
- Report it to your supervisor and it's corrected on the next shift, no charge. Repeat misses trigger a scope or staffing review.
- Are you insured?
- Yes — general liability, workers' comp, and umbrella coverage. COIs available before start.
