Class A Office Cleaning
Lobbies, tenant spaces, and executive floors — cleaned to the standard your brand is built on.
How this service works.
Class A buildings are judged on details. Our teams work to a punch-list your property manager helped write, and quality checks happen every shift — not just when tenants complain.
How we take on your facility.
- 01
Building walkthrough & scope
We walk the property with your property manager, document finishes, traffic patterns, and tenant expectations, then write a punch-list you sign off on.
- 02
Custom scope per zone
Lobby, elevators, tenant floors, executive suites, and back-of-house each get their own frequency and finish standard — not one generic checklist.
- 03
Vetted, uniformed crews
Background-checked, uniformed, and trained on tenant etiquette before their first shift. Same crew nightly so your tenants recognize them.
- 04
Nightly execution & day porter
Nightly service to the punch-list, with an optional day porter keeping lobbies, restrooms, and common areas camera-ready during business hours.
- 05
Monthly QC & reporting
Supervisor walkthroughs, tenant feedback logs, and a monthly report to your property management team — so issues get fixed before they escalate.
Built to the codes your team is audited on.

Answers before you ask.
- Can you work around tenant hours without disrupting the building?
- Yes — most Class A work happens after hours or pre-dawn, with a day porter covering common areas discreetly during business hours. Tenants see a clean building, not a cleaning crew.
- Do you provide a day porter?
- Absolutely. Day porters handle lobby touch-ups, restroom restocks, spill response, and light package/mail support — sized to the building's traffic.
- How do you handle tenant complaints?
- Every complaint is logged, routed to the on-site supervisor within the shift, and closed out with a written response to your property manager. Repeat issues trigger a scope review, not another apology.
- Are your products safe for high-end finishes?
- Yes — we match products to the finish (stone, wood, metal, glass) and can operate on a Green Seal / Safer Choice program for LEED-oriented buildings.
- What insurance do you carry?
- General liability, workers' comp, and umbrella coverage appropriate for Class A buildings. COIs with the building owner and management company as additional insured are provided before start.
