Medical Equipment Transport

Sanitize, document, and ship medical equipment domestically or internationally — under one roof.

What we do

How this service works.

Most cleaning companies stop at the door. We sanitize the equipment, sign for the chain of custody, and coordinate the freight — one vendor, one paper trail.

Our process

How we take on your facility.

  1. 01

    Intake & inventory

Equipment is received, photographed, tagged, and logged against your manifest before any handling begins.

  2. 02

    Clinical-grade decontamination

Hospital-grade disinfectants and documented protocols — including biohazard handling where required — with a signed sanitization certificate per unit.

  3. 03

    Crating & palletizing

Custom crates, foam-in-place, and shock/tilt indicators sized to the equipment and destination. Sensitive instruments get protective packaging sized to the equipment.

  4. 04

    Chain-of-custody freight

Domestic ground, air, or ocean freight with signed handoffs at every leg. You see every scan, every signature, in real time.

  5. 05

    Delivery & documentation

White-glove delivery to the receiving room with a full paper trail — sanitization certs, custody logs, freight docs — bundled for your compliance file.

FAQ

Answers before you ask.

Can you handle international shipments?
Yes — air and ocean freight with customs documentation, IATA/IMDG-compliant packaging, and a full chain-of-custody trail from pickup to delivery.
What documentation do we receive?
Sanitization certificate per unit, chain-of-custody log, freight documents, and delivery confirmation — bundled into a single file for your records.
Do you handle biohazard-flagged equipment?
Yes, under OSHA bloodborne pathogen protocols with the appropriate PPE, containment, and documentation. Flag it on intake and we route it accordingly.
How is fragile equipment protected?
Custom crates, foam-in-place, and shock and tilt indicators — protective packaging sized to the equipment. We spec the packaging to the equipment, not the other way around.
How fast can you turn a shipment around?
Same-day intake and next-day dispatch is typical for domestic; international varies by destination and customs. We commit to a schedule at quote time.
