Answers before you ask.
- Will pressure washing damage my building's façade?
- Not when it's scoped correctly. Delicate façades — EIFS, painted brick, older stone — get soft washing at low pressure with the right detergent, not blasted. We test an inconspicuous area first.
- How often should we schedule power washing?
- Retail and high-traffic entrances usually run monthly or quarterly; parking decks and dumpster pads twice a year; graffiti and spills on-demand. We build a schedule around your actual traffic.
- Do you capture wastewater?
- Where local code requires it, yes — we contain and capture runoff so nothing detergent-laden reaches the storm drain. We confirm code requirements during scoping.
- Can you remove graffiti?
- Yes — graffiti removal is a mix of the right chemistry and the right pressure. Older graffiti and porous surfaces may need multiple passes; we tell you up front what's fully removable and what will ghost.
- Do you handle gum removal on sidewalks?
- Yes. Steam and hot water rigs pull gum out cleanly without leaving scars in the concrete. We can add it to a recurring schedule or run it as a one-off.
